Hede NT is built for long, comfortable speed hikes and walks across winter terrain. The upper is made from durable ripstop polyester, and together with the waterproof BUGdri™ membrane it keeps your feet dry in everything from rain to slush. The elastic speed lace system makes the shoe easy to slip on and lets you adjust the fit on the go – no stopping, no fiddling. The cushioned midsole delivers excellent rebound, performing on par with any modern lightweight EVA – with the difference that it's made with 40% bio-based sugarcane. High torsional rigidity adds stability when the terrain gets uneven. The non-studded Nordic Traction™ rubber outsole is built for the cold. Where normal rubber stiffens and loses grip in low temperatures, Nordic Traction™ stays soft and keeps its’ traction – reliable footing through the whole winter season.
